answer is none of the above. Every home we sell is a custom built home
built, to your specifications by a state approved manufacturer using the
same materials and workmanship as any quality modular home sold on the

The answer is simple.
We will sell more homes in a month than most dealers will sell in a year
therefore, we can spread our smaller operating costs over many more units
resulting in a much lower ‘per unit’ cost.
Modular Building Partners does not have a sales center with, lots of pretty
models to look at (all our homes are custom built so the need for a lot of
different models would be useless). We do have one (1) model home to look at
built, on a city lot to show you the quality, amenities and workmanship of
our product. We also schedule factory tours to show you the customer, the
quality that goes into our homes. Our direct sales approach eliminates the
need for a large sales staff, a large support staff (secretary’s,
bookkeepers, laborers, etc.) and also eliminates the interest on inventory,
insurance costs on inventory and equipment, maintenance costs, and all other
costs attached to the day to day operations of a sales center which, are
substantial.
As a result of selling in quantity and substantially reducing overhead
costs Modular 1 Building Partners can
take a greatly reduced markup on each of our homes. We are selling our homes
at wholesale factory direct prices, near the same price sales center
dealers pay the manufacturer for their homes. Modular 1
Building Partners is not a charitable organization, we do need to make a
profit. Our profits are primarily derived from the factory rebates to
dealers.
We will not try to
upgrade you to larger or more expensive homes because, we want to give the
customer the best value for his dollar. With 35+ years experience in
